“Agh! I’m almost there, just hang tight a little longer and I’ll see if I can help!”
With the strength of the dwarf and the sharp edge of his axe, a path is cut through the Atoms, causing tiny beads to fly in all directions. Errol has his back to Dain, obviously not yet expecting him to make it through.

When Dain breaks through, he is met with the sight of sparks flying from Errol’s right glove as a dagger tossed by Dally slices across them. Half of the Atoms begin to quake at the damage, and Errol stands to recover from his fall.
-
Errol sidesteps to avoid the dwarf, but as he does, an arrow cuts through the air and imbeds itself in his shoulder. He cries out, and distracted by the pain, he briefly loses control his Atoms. Every bead drops to the ground, sounding almost like shattered glass. Then suddenly, Skye blinks into sight in front of her brother with her daggers raised. Errol is barely able to reach up and grab her wrists before the blades could make contact.
-
As Dain steadies her she glances down apologetically. “I’m sorry!” She steps away to give him space. Errol attempts to dodge the attack, but isn’t quite quick enough, and the blade clips his shoulder opposite the arrow. He retaliates by awakening his Atoms once more, and swipes his hand to the side. A wave then comes barreling after Dain, strong enough to give him a forceful push aside.

*The dwarf tries to brace himself with the axe but is too late and is pushed away and to the ground, probably breaking a bone or two more. But he doesn’t get up, instead he practically plays dead and waits for an opportunity to present itself so he can swing his axe axe at the other glove with the advantage of surprise.*
-
There is a cry of pain that echoes in the room, as Loot uses his dark weapon to cut deeply into Errol’s shoulder. Errol is clutching his shoulder, his sister trying to support him as loss of energy and blood weaken him.
-
Errol grimaces at the pressure, but the bleeding is slowed for a while. Skye uses the Atoms to cast Loot out of a blast door. After a moment of staring at the door, she rushes over with a cloth offered by Dally.

“Wait a minute, I don’t think this will help but I know something the old dwarven priests would do in me homeland.” *He will keep his hands in place and start to chant something like a prayer in a old dwarvish language that probably no one hare speaks. He will attempt to use the ability lay on hands, a power shared by some clerics and Paladin’s which heals very minor wounds and might restore some of the life to his body.*
-
Skye pauses as she listens to the prayer. The wound isn’t fully healed, but Errol very clearly regains some of his strength. He looks at Dain, quietly confused by what had happened. “What was that?” Skye asks softly.

They say only the most devout of warriors could become such a warrior as a paladin, practically the knights of my homeland, perhaps I shall look into becoming such a warrior myself.”

Skye begins to wrap cloth as makeshift bandages around Errol’s shoulder. “Maybe you should. That’s definitely a skill that would be helpful to have, and it was beautiful to listen to.” Errol draws in a deep breath as she wraps, trying to bear the pain quietly.
