are you getting any particular messages? can you go to each account and actually log in? have your tried using a different browser?

try clearing the browser cache/temp files. also, go to the help section on cross-save and make sure to read carefully. many people come on here because they mistakenly pick the wrong account to make the primary account (the toons/gear/progress that will be played across the cross-save).

ok i will do that thanx. i didnt even get to choose witch account i want to play on as cross save.. im stuck at the authentication. ive heard some ppl having the same problem and so i tryd diffrent way but thanx a lot. i just want it to work coz i bought a gaming pc for it...
