1 Strike... Really?
look i wasnt expecting to have all the vaulted content replaced with beyond light thats just dumb
but come on one new strike is absolutely ludicrous...

5 通の返信Technically 2 strikes, 2 new strikes, cause Will of Crota hasn't been in D2 before. What is funny is one of the worst D1 strikes is what they give us first. Best get used to it. Season 12, 13, 14 are going to be dominated with D1 and DCV rehashed content.

1 返信Cut Bungie some slack guys (and girls) We know how long the lead time of software development is and this is probably the first expansion that Bungie has been free of activision influence. Then on top of it all we have a little world health crisis called covid 19. So lets give Bungie the benefit of the doubt and give them the time they need to explore, expand and develop their vision of the game they created.

6 通の返信Bungie says they want Destiny to move forward and not remain static and stuck in time, meanwhile, they bring back two old strikes and probably a not updated Cosmodrome that hasn't changed since 2014.

52 通の返信We dont' know what all Bungie has planned. So why not just wait until they start the marketing push for Beyond Light, plus next years Season Passes and we get a better sense of what they are actually going to do? That way---when you do get mad---you'll have a stronger case for doing it.

1 返信I really feel there will be another stike or two that isn’t announced. And I’m typically not one to give bungie the benefit of the doubt anymore but looking at their past history( the corrupted for example) I’d say it’s a good chance

1 返信Why are you complaining? It's free! That's right, it's available to all players. In fact, very little of Beyond Light appears to be locked behind the paywall. Almost like it's not worth the price... In all seriousness though, you're absolutely right and this is yet another reason I quit the game. I started making FFXIV my hobby game instead and it has been the best gaming decision I've made in a long time. Destiny cannot even begin to compete with the amount and variety of content it has on offer. Maybe not your cup of tea, but I'm sure there's something out their that will scratch your itch without digging through your pockets.

And they get to bend you over even harder with the 'special' edition, be nice if sparrows weren't just a taxi to everywhere, just like ships are reskins that you see in a couple of cutscenes, or in orbit. A space scifi game with no space dog fighting or ship to ship combat at all is damn sad, if the story made up for it that would be a different story but it sure as hell doesn't.

When is everyone going to realize destiny is nothing more than a bare bones content, MT money grab? Their infastructure is laughably outdated, has been for years, and they flat out stated they will do nothing about it. No investment. No improvement. Just reskinned old areas. Same old dreadnought will be next. Then venus. Then a "new" mars that smooshes d1 areas together with d2 areas. Its a -blam!-ing joke.
