9 umbrals focused for armor, 5 items in the loot pool... 6 chest pieces... smh

1 返信I turned in 23 Umbral Engrams armor focused back when armor was still bugged to have a chance to drop as powerful. 17 of them were cloaks.

2 通の返信Wow, lots on angry kids on here raging at you for no reason. This may seem crazy, but I tried my best to understand your question before responding.... I agree; I do not believe bungie is using a regular random number generator for drops. I'm willing to bet they have included modifiers to the formula. Even one completely undermines the legitimacy of a "RNG", and we can see examples of them doing so throughout the game. Unfortunately if this is true, they will never admit to it and it would be very difficult to test.

The sooner you realize it’s worthless the easier it will get for you. Also, you can’t try to analyze the results of a random number generator because it’s not statistical, it’s random.

The drop rates have to have some designer goal to limit what you get. I assume it is to slow your light level progress. Last season I only got 1 character to 1010 because I couldn't get the last piece of armor needed on the other 2. Each season there is one item that drops very infrequently for each character. This season for my Titan it is gauntlets. I'm getting about 50% class items from engrams and very few gauntlets.

6 通の返信Stop focusing them. The likelihood of getting a good roll with the stat spike you want is awful, anyways. Umbrals drop like candy, my inbox is full of them. Just decrypt them normally.
