The only real viable PR is Outbreak, and that’s honestly S tier for Primary weapons. Has it’s own damage increasing perk and AOE all without needing to kill anything

I rocked a kill clip blast furnace for several seasons now in end game activities. I wouldn't label it S tier, but it is definitely viable in my experience. It's basically a harder hitting scout haha

It has a lot going for it; supremely accurate, wipes mobs out real good, no damage falloff, and if looks could kill... I use it all the time for the simpler activities for how robust, flexable, and easy to use.

I've used it in pvp, I'm not talking momentum control G-Lance is super good in it, it's a very slow and deliberate type of weapon. Its range and accuracy are ridiculous and when used as support fire from the rear and lane sniping its a force to be reckoned with. But..a sniper with quick reflexes will always best me in those situations. G-Lance is more for a more slower, patient pace of gameplay.
