I'm sorry but I already have looked, my xbox is saying my download speed is at least 150 mbps, and that my upload is at least 15 mbps, I've checked the speed and connection a few times and the numbers are staying around there, and the guide is saying I need at least 1mbps in each. I don't even know if this helps or is relevant, but I am absolutely at a loss right now.

Internet speed is only one of many factors. Your signal quality is most likely your issue. WiFi may seem good but it can be wildly inconsistent even if you aren’t noticing it. Other factors could be poor or unoptimized router settings, trouble with your Modem/router, or issues with external routing with your ISP.
