For those that missed it, it had these perks:
Kinetic
Equivalent of d2 600 rpm archtype
Crowd control: d2 rampage with only one 15% buff step
Front lines: increased handling, fire rate and stability when surrounded. Kills reload part of mag.
Life support: regen health on kills when critically wounded
Would wreck face now....basically a Soros regime with rampage, subsistence and surrounded also baked in.

4 通の返信Anybody that's saying its garbage doesn't seem to realize just how stacked it would be in d2. Rampage, subsistence and a chance to recover hp when critical on kill, plus it altered fire rate to match the range of the encounter, becoming a super bullet hose or staying as an accurate high ROF auto. Imagine a 600 that could turn into a 720 within like 18 meters then everything beyond that is back to a stable 600. The thing is like suros but more versatile because it's a built in effect of the weapon.

2 通の返信Swiftlockにより編集済み: 8/23/2020 5:15:57 AMThe Fabian was always a poorly designed exotic to me. The model has a freakin' blast shield on it and yet the weapon has absolutely no defense-boosting perks. I feel like it could do something more interesting than just a glorified version of Surrounded.

2 通の返信Jeez. Are you just trying to prove you played D1? Not very much I'd wager, based on actually asking for a Titan-specific auto rifle that was never worth using. Hunters had Ace, Warlocks had Tlaloc, and Titans had Fabian Strategy. Tlaloc was the only good one.
