DCV Exotic Catalyst Question
So I know the catalysts are getting vaulted. However, if we have the catalyst, but not the masterwork, are we still going to be able to complete the masterwork(for the catalysts that are just kill based. I know the Worldline Zero has some special stuff you have to do with Escalation Protocol)?
