DCV vs Seals
Will DCV'd seals still be available if the unobtainable requirement has already been met. For example, if I only had the Truth To Power lore book required to complete the Lore Seal, and will not be able to complete before Beyond light as you can only collect one every three weeks, will it still be removed or will I still be able to collect it?

So you will be able to acquire the lore book after Beyond Light.
