Is Curated ganwing hunger really a Tier3 reckoning(likeness of oryx) drop, and if it is then why is it not dropping(did like 35 runs this week). Also is there any other requirements for it to drop like Waging a powerful mote or having Tier3 access urself rather than joining fireteams which have Tier3 access.
