Hey guys, checking in!
So I may have dropped D2 like a hot potato about a year or so ago when they started dorking up all my builds AGAIN...just checking in to see what's going on and wondering if the forum is being overly negative or if D2 really is a steaming dumpster fire currently? Should I come back or stay away? Haha

1 返信If you like the game and havent played in a while, now would be a good time to come back am catch up on stuff and prep for beyond light, especially with a bunch of things going away. Old raids are farmable so ez anarchy an tarrabah. Imo definitely worth coming back to prep a bit an catch up before new light. I myself have taken many breaks from this game and always come back for big dlc. Just my 2 cents.

2 通の返信If you have the Xbox games pass, all expansions for D2 will go live on there in September, along with beyond light in November. So realistically if you wanted to start getting back into the game, you could pay $10 for the current seasons pass now and get everything else with games pass. This would also mean in the future, you’d only have to buy season passes and not expansions. As for the state of the game, it’s honestly fine. If you haven’t been here for a couple years there’s a literal shit ton for you to do. Solstice of Heroes starts back up next week, Moments of Triumph has everyone farming old raids, and old raids can now drop loot infinitely. And that’s not even mentioning the current seasons dungeon and weekly missions.

1 返信You picked a good time to take a break.... Dawn and Worthy seasons were kind of meh for pve content. Arrivals is the best season in years. Better than opulence. If you are into pve get your power up and play prophecy dungeon and pit of heresy. Really excellent stuff.

13 通の返信I’m still having a blast with the game, and I’m a solo player. So, in my opinion, yeah for me it’s worth playing, it’s my favorite game. But, you won’t find a lot of fans on this forum, friend.

2 通の返信Honestly, loving this season. So much endgame. Farmable raids, Dungeons (newest being free) and a ton of incentive to complete content that is going away. Almost have my Shadow title (Already got the flawless raid) and I am starting on Scourge.

3 通の返信We can do damage out the ass easily now, ikelos and warmind cells is like having a nuke in your pocket, wither hoard is another easy ass as clear gun, and just like the end of d1 swords are best but got even stronger.

1 返信It’s basically still the same as before. Some things are leaving, some new things are being added. Some things are changing for better, some for worse. Most things are staying the same.

Going for the MMXX seal is making the raids more populated, so redoing them or helping people is fun. I'm sure you can see a review online if you're really interested in a solid review. I wouldn't trust most people on here for a review

2 通の返信The brief rundown of the two big divisive issues. 1) crucible 6v6 modes no longer match off of skill. It’s based off connection so some players who are really bad dislike the change as they can’t compete I don’t know what side you’re on but that’s a big debate. 2. Sunsetting. So not sure if you know what this means but basically you know how gear can be infinitely infused. Now gear will be capped out after 3 seasons after release they won’t be able to be infused up anymore so they can’t be used in endgame content anymore after that. So like 70%+ of our gear won’t be useable in endgame next season so you have to farm gear. Armour too btw. The two sides are “But I like my same guns forever I bet they will just re release them?” The other side is. “It will shake up the stale meta and help with power creep in the game”
