The people that like the game, like the game. The people who don’t like the game, don’t like the game.
If you change the game so those that don’t like it then like it, the people who used to like it then don’t like it.
The game can’t please every type of player and as such they decided before shadowkeep that they would cater to the more invested players. People who don’t complain that mechanics or systems don’t favour them as they don’t like them or have time for them, unfortunately these people are to ignorant to realise everybody can’t have everything and can’t please everybody.
If you don’t like the game, why are you playing it still? If you have no friends left playing then why should the game change to make it easier for you just because you can’t be bothered to make your own lfg post instead of crying about other people’s requirements on their posts?
Entitlement is very dangerous and seems this community suffers it the most.

I always love this. The argument that it’s 2 Different groups of people that present the opposing arguments. I don’t know OP so I can’t say for certain that he is among this group specifically, but if you spend any amount of time on these forums, you will be able to name 20 people off the top of your head and 50 without much difficulty that -blam!- and whine no matter what. These people argue for one thing, and then as soon as Bungie gives them what they were asking for, those same exact people are contradicting themselves and whining about the thing that they just spent hours per day asking for. Acting like it’s 2 separate groups detracts from the real problem: the idiot contrarian hive mind on these forums that is DESPERATE to whine about the game. You’re totally right though for the other folks. I love how everyone goes to the extremes with their arguments; a game is only ever AMAZING or TrAaAsShH, never in between and never judged as being what it is. Multiplayer game but you like single player, story driven game? GaMe SuCkS nO sToRy. People that don’t like exploration games will say that an exploration game is trash. Video games are the only place in the world that we would do this. Imagine wanting Mexican food, going to the Chinese food restaurant, and then going to the forums of the Chinese restaurant and raging about how there were no tacos. You’d be rightfully lambasted by everyone else there. On the Bungie.net forums you’re a leader to the hive mind.

D1 to house of wolves, sunsetting, house of wolves to ttk sunsetting, d2 sunsetting, d2 to forsaken sunsetting, shadowkeep to beyond light sunsetting. Nothing new, just a new bunch of entitled kids who got bored with fortnite.

Very true. When they first came out with d2 I could tell they had the mentality of "if you like it then you like it. If you don't you don't." that's why alot of players left. Then they a year or two down they line they basically change the game back to how d1 used to be because they realized they shouldn't have touched the formula. Never touch the formula.
