After first encountering the hordes of odd figures, the heroes of Off-topic had escaped, and there was peace for a time as it seemed that the figures had disappeared entirely. But one morning in the capital city, a dark shadow was thrown over the buildings. Civilians looked up to see what was blocking iut the sun, only to see a mass of oily black and red liquid spreading across the sky and the ground outside the city. With it came hordes of figures, sprinting towards the city and the startled townspeople. They had waited, biding their time to increase their strength until the heroes were distracted by the monolith. They now wreaked havoc upon citizens, leaving things behind them in unorganized stillness. [spoiler]rp begins at the monolith thingy that Speaker did.
