Please provide the following information:
CPU and CPU Speed
System Memory
Video Card brand, model, and memory
Windows version
Also, have you verified you have no updated drivers for your system and GPU?
In addition:
Look for a crash folder in the Destiny 2 folder to see if you can find any crash_info.txt files. If you can, load the contents to pastebin.com and post a link here.
Also, on your computer run dxdiag and select the Save All Information option. Load the results to pastebin.com and post a link in this thread.

DeathMetalにより編集済み: 7/31/2020 11:44:05 PMMy CPU is an Intel Core I7 with a speed of 3.30 GHz IDK what you mean specifically as memory but i have 16 Gb of RAM and 2 Tera Bytes of storage where i install my games from steam My graphics card is a NIVIDIA GeForce GTX 980 Ti don't know about the memory on it though And I have Windows 10 no i haven't verified if i have updated drivers for my system or GPU nor do i know how to update them I looked in the folder and couldn't find any crash_info.txt files my dxdiag https://pastebin.com/APHd04vr

dougcpaにより編集済み: 8/1/2020 12:51:55 PMSince you couldn't find a D2 crash log, try pulling up the Windows Event Viewer and see if it logged anything in there related to Destiny. If it did, paste what it reported in this thread or pastebin if it is a long amount of text.

To updated your GPU driver just go to the website of the company who made the driver and in their support section they will have an area to download drivers. Alternatively, you can download reference drivers directly from the nVidia website.
