Companion App and Cross Save Not Working Together
My original characters are located on PC(steam), so i decided to use cross save to also port them over to my PS4.
Now when i try to use the companion app for my PS4 account it says "No Valid Destiny 2 Characters were found".
This error also stops me from inviting over people for fireteams for my PS4. Since it says im not "logged in to PSN" but i am on the app.

1 返信You can only use the main (active) cross-save account for app functions, as your other linked account(s) are inactive. So, in your case, you would need to use your Steam for any app features that involve using account info. You can still log into the app using credentials of any linked account to access your Bungie.net profile, but you cannot use inactive account's character data.
