I have looked up many tutorials one how to unlock it, I have the quest for the Full Contact, however nothing shows up on the IO map to complete the public event. Was told that since my postal was full and my inventory was full of Umbral Engrams may have been the issue (They were both full, I discarded some and the issue wasn't resolved... which sucks that i missed out on that gear by discarding). Was also told that i needed the season pass so now i wasted $9.99 that i shouldn't be spending for yet again no fix.. Am really needing help with this.
