Hey there! Claim the triumphs in game, go to bungie rewards and claim the rewards. Log out of destiny and back in. Go to collections > flair > general and they should be there. The emblems are called eclipsed void and savior.

This helped. I found the one I earned. However, Bungie Rewards seems to have Sunset and Eclipsed Sunset backwards. I've completed the 12,500 triumph points, which Rewards says I should get Sunset, but I got Eclipsed Sunset instead. I assume if I make it to the 50,000 triumph points I'll get Sunset.
