Is there a way that OG Destiny 2 players can be reimbursed for purchasing multiple pieces of content that are now free for new players? Destiny 2 was released, it was $60. That made sense because it had a solid campaign that was super strong. When the Curse of Osiris and Warmind were released, I paid for that. They were in a bundle for $20. I set down Destiny 2 for a while I didn’t pick it up again until awhile after Forsaken. The only way to buy Forsaken then was in a bundle instead of standalone. I payed $40 and figured that it was my fault for not buying the standalone extension earlier (the bundle also said that it includes future content [really disappointed that Shadow Keep wasn’t included as “future content”]). Then New Light came out. I figured it was a way for me to play with my friends but they wouldn’t have access to the campaign or any of dlcs. Then I found out that New Light players got the Red War + the first 2 dlcs for free. My question is have we had any reimbursement for paying for now free content? I’m asking for either an in-game reimbursement or a real world refund on the dlcs. equivalent to $80 , ideally something like Shadow Keep deluxe, but that’s at best.

It’s no secret bungle is taking away forsaken when witch queen comes out in 2022. After purchasing every single DLC that has come out and paying full price. This is really getting on my nerves. Bungie is definitely going to loose a massive fan base over this considering they lost a big fan base when they took away the red war and the other DLC’s. My question is do they plan on reimbursing everyone for the amount they paid, especially the ones who payed full price for it? I’m not talking about legendary shards or exotics weapons and armor, I mean actual real world money

Hello, This should not be posted on the #Help Forum as this is about some Feedback, generally, or a discussion. Please relocate it to the right forum to get more traction and so the Mentors and Ninjas don't come and do it for you. Regards, Grammsay
