Hi all, I finished the dungeon last week and got the email from Bungie saying I could buy the hoodie, clicked the link and signed in but instead of getting a code it just said I have not met the requirements to get this reward. By now I have done 3 or 4 completions of the dungeon and have the urn it triumph. I suspect this could be an issue from my xbox and my pc accounts being tied together but not cross save (completed on pc btw). Any fixes for this issue? I was really looking forward to purchasing this one. Thanks for any help!
