There was a change to the Whisper mission selector in the Director as of the start of this season. By default, when selecting the mission, it will default to Normal mode instead of Heroic. Can you verify that you selected Heroic from the Director when you last went in this week?

I think I know what the issue is. This week is Void singe week. But when you select the the Whisper Heroic mission from the director is showing as Arc singe for this week. Not sure if this is okay or is an issue. Anyway will try next week if it is updated to Void singe.
