So, here's my solution to anti-cheat.

First, allow the server to suspend people, even if it's mid-match. Second, integrate the precision kill percentage from the API into the anti-cheat, so that 90% precision kills or above triggers the suspension(This can be adjusted down to be more reflective of the upper margins of human precision and skill). Third, set a maximum reasonable speed threshold, and suspend anyone above that threshold(This accounts for teleportation as well as speed hacks by accounting for player position from one game tick to the next). Finally(More as a thing I want to see), if a player is suspended mid-match, display a kill feed message that states that the player was suspended for cheating(This shows the community that the anti-cheat is working, and working hard). The suspension would be indefinite, until a Bungie employee can review what triggered the anti-cheat, meaning much more downtime for accounts found to be cheating. The precision kill percentage would also have to account for how many shots are taken with the given weapon type, and might not trigger until X or more kills(This can be set at a reasonable amount, so that someone who just picked up a sniper and happens to get a headshot doesn't get banned for having 100% headshot accuracy). Display a message to the player that their account has been suspended indefinitely for suspicious activity, and give them the web address where they can appeal their suspension. Don't review all suspended accounts, only the ones that appeal their suspension.
