Finally Moved On
I’ve been a try hard destiny fan since the early days of D1. Never really played any other games, maybe the occasional Madden or GTA, but Destiny was my primary game.
The disaster that is now bungie and now this game finally pushed me over the edge to leave Destiny, perhaps for good.
I decided to give a new game a try. Warzone. And it’s FANTASTIC.
Goodbye Destiny. Hello COD.
That is all. Carry on.
[b]Edit #1:[/b] for those who feel the need to reply to these types of post with “Nobody cares. Quit trying to get attention”. It’s not about attention. Maybe the post was more for me? Perhaps some ‘closure’ before I move on? Or perhaps there’s other people out there who feel the same way and bungie can see they are losing players..
[b]Edit #2[/b]: for those who reply “clearly you haven’t moved on if you’re on this forum”. For those I have two replies. 1.) I wrote this as my goodbye. Closure. Etc. In addition, relating this to a relationship - I dated destiny for 6+ years. If you date somebody that long you don’t just stop carrying about it overnight. It takes time. But that doesn’t mean I want to still be with them ...

D2 the dawning was my last straw Hated D2 and the fact every time we got new content you got to rerun the same exact shit over and over. Power level 100 and 1000 are the exact same game And last but not least is the 3 classes that play almost identical and you once again get the pleasure of doing all the same shit week after week. Their time vs Rewards team is a painted rock on the board room table

Isn’t it amazing not having to worry about vault space, should I keep or dismantle it, oh shit it went to postmaster. Especially the LONG load times this sorry game has for everything. Playing other games has made me realize that this game has turned to CRAP. I’ve been a day one Destiny player and now I’m also fading away. Oh well.

I've been playing other games but pop back in to raid with my clan. I've had to switch clans a few times now due to people dropping out. Hopefully the new dlc will keep my current clanmates in the game and the nerfs won't feel like trying to down a bull moose with a BB gun.

I came back after a few months off just for something to play til something new comes out. Waiting for The Last of Us 2 and possibly Cyberpunk. I miss missing Destiny but i'm almost free...for good. The rest of yall, play or dont. Best wishes either way!

2 通の返信In the past i would react with “bye” but now I’ve turned around and really understand these posts more and more... because of the big update on CoD i needed to delete a game for room on my PS4. And while I didn’t buy te current season and not planning on buying any dlc until (maybe) the fall dlc, i deleted Destiny without any thoughts... weird because for the last 2,5 years 90% of my gaming time was on Destiny... man Bungie is out of touch and losing players very quick now yikes....
