Thank you for bringing this to our attention. Our Player Support team escalated this earlier in the morning, but I wanted to be sure to let you know that your post has been seen.
As Destiny is a global community, we do our best to avoid cultural issues like this from making it into the game. Many, many apologies that this made it through. We're looking at where the breakdown in our workflow occurred, and will be looking to prevent this from happening again in the future.
Thanks again,

This last twab was them doubling down on what was already announced, and hate spammed in the forums, during the directors cut back in feb. Sunsetting is here to stay, i doubt theyll change their minds at this point.

Right this guy speaks for an entire country?? I work for arguably the largest Japanese company in the world.. in my time working with my many Japanese contemporaries, I can assure you that they are far too sensible to allow something so trivial cause them any affront. Complete nonsense

I doubt a whole nation is gonna get up in arms about 1 little word in a video game. Bungie, or any game studio, doesnt need to strip away the creative freedom of their teams for the sake of political correctness, because censorship is bullsh!t and its wrong.
-
Constitutionally, your censorship is illegal. Don't matter about your code. It's still illegal. Revert to the Constitution. That includes businesses. Think about that. Unless your a Pelosi supporter. And if that's the case, YOUR the problem!

The constitution doesn't prevent private companies from controlling speech in their forums. 1A was specifically directed at protecting the right of citizens to criticize their government without fear of reprisal.
