Boss: To begin, I would like to review your first year. Your first year started a bit slow, but you hit the ground running. Your customers were initially hyped after the success of your predecessor. It was a balanced sandbox and weapon TTKs were around one second. Destiny 2: It was great! Boss: .... Destiny 2: Please continue. Boss: Yes, it was a balanced sandbox. However, our customers did not enjoy the double primary system or having former special weapons regulated to the heavy slot. Destiny 2: I know. Which is why I made changes going into the second year. Boss: Yes. You really turned things around in the second year. Weapon TTKs were brought down allowing customers to defeat opponents in less that a second. Furthermore, many heavy weapons were moved back to the special slot which allowed for one-hit kills. What was even more exciting was the fact that, prior to your third year, you implemented cross-save which allows our customers to play on whatever platform they wish. Many wished to experience the game on PC and installed your on SSDs to have the best experience possible. Destiny 2: I believe that the second year was my best work. Boss: I'm glad you brought that up. We had high hopes for you going into your third year. Unfortunately, you became free to play, implemented a battle pass, and tried to pass off content your predecessor developed as your own. Many view that in order to level up the battle pass efficiently, you must grind bounties over and over. Furthermore, PVP is in an abysmal state. Since you became free to play, hackers are allowed to run rampant in the crucible. Additionally, your customers feel that going flawless in Trials is pointless. Your Grand-master Nightfalls don't offer any incentive to do them other than a title. Destiny 2: I can explain. Boss: Don't bother. Until you turn things around, you are being demoted from the SSD to the HDD. Destiny 2: .... Boss: You may go. My time is important and I need to figure out who will replace you on the SSD.
