I feel cheated
So I got this game for Christmas the year of release and I played about half the campaign and hadn't touched it until now. After some fun, research, and a little gaming I had learned that the game had come out as free to play, and that the dlc was now all the hype. I'm okay with that. But what I feel was unfair to me and all the others who have had similar complaints and thoughts is that, why didn't I get anything? I feel like the person who bought me this game for Christmas wasted all their money just for the game to come out free. I am not butthurt or mad, I just think it is unfair how the people who bought the game haven't been rewarded at all. I have many example of how it SHOULD have gone down but I won't elaborate unless necessary.
P.S. I have noticed many played putting down players like me and calling us "broke" and stuff. And please don't comment like that on here 😂 I don't care. This is my opinion and I have many friends, and people who think the same thing. So please respect the opinion

I doubt many of them have 10k+ legendary shards, a few hundred enhancement cores, and every exotic already. You had the chance to get all that if you had played since it was released, but you chose not to play instead. That’s on you, not bungie.
