Iron Banner and Seasonal Armor are the best stat wise, and aesthetically(looks) right now it's just the seasonal ornaments, on your season pass, more towards the end are always going to be armor ornaments which usually look pretty good.

I use the battle pass sets, iron banner and any exotics I want.

Anything armor 2.0 with high total stats. Or anything that looks cool. No armor is better than any other in this game. It’s mostly cosmetic.
