Hello, I recently deactivated my cross-save as I wanted to return to my original account as well as keep both accoutns seperate. I do own all the content that has been released so far on both PlayStation and Xbox, however since deactivating cross-save on my Xbox it says I need to buy the Shadowkeep season pass which I already own as you need to own the content on each platform in order to use cross-save. I was using my PSN account for cross-save I do not know if that will help or make a difference. My question's are: Do I need to reach a certain level before I can access the season pass? Do I need to uninstall and reinstall everything? Do I need to finish the Shadowkeep campaign on Xbox to gain access to the season pass? Is it something else?
