It’s a Timelost weapon from the Tower obelisk.
I would set up the Tower obelisk and then you will be able to grab the Trophy Hunter bounty.
You could farm countless guns if you wanted to.

I’m just imagining all those poor alternate timeline versions of us, guns in hand, running to take out some new menace, only to have our weapons vanish in a puff of smoke and dooming us just for a roll we dismantle for shards. 🥺
