Synthesizer Quests
I just finished the Collect and Conquer quest to upgrade my middling synthesizer so I can access Tier 3 of the Reckoning. The quest is complete, and I accepted it in my quest log, but I didn't get the next tier of synthesizer and I can't reacquire the Collect and Conquer quest from the Drifter.
