This Week at Bungie: 1/9/2020
Hello, and welcome back to your weekly roundup of Bungie and Destiny 2 related news. We’ve entered our final week of the Dawning, so get to baking if you haven’t already earned your Sparrows. You have through next Tuesday to complete as many double XP bounties as you can! Additionally, the Sundial has been kicked up a notch with a Legend difficulty. If you’re looking to get the Savior title or round out your Pinnacle power drops each week, get your fireteam together and challenge these Psions in the ways of old.
A new Exotic has also made its appearance, packing a little bit of Unstoppable heat, so to speak. Load up the Sundial and start your quest to acquire the Devil’s Ruin Exotic Sidearm.

We’re still warming up from our holiday hibernation, but we’re hitting the ground running! This week, we have an update from our Game Security team, an announcement for a fundraiser to help send aid to Australia, and news on a hotfix coming early next week.

You are providing a “service”, if it needs fixing then it should be fixed in a timely manner, this is not a timely manner, the sheer amount of bugs/glitches are really starting to build up and now your fix is bugged, it’s feels like you’ve lost a lot of experience at bungie HQ.

2 通の返信Hi dmg04, I didn’t notice any mention of the dawning loot packages containing avalanche or cold front disappearing from our inventories after the event ended. Perhaps I missed it in the twab? Regardless, it would be nice to have an in game banner notification. Myself and a few others lost a few packages on reset. Not the biggest deal but would be appreciated. Thanks.

1 返信Fishybにより編集済み: 1/15/2020 7:06:15 AMThis week at bungle. -The eververse “bug” on the icon still isn’t fixed. -Exotics still don’t have a seasonal slot. -Fomo is still crap. -We disabled armour ornaments from collections to ring you of more cash. -Sleeper is still crap and useless for pve. -We stealth nerfed a bunch of stuff you like using. -Oh and we just cant be arsed to fix the edz obelisk. Did i get it all bungle? Did i? Ps. We here at bungle pride ourselves on listening to your feedback and twisting it into something you never wanted, we look forward to the next lot of comments we can either ignore or implement so badly it was simply us wasting dev time.

I’ll say it. I’m having fun playing the game. That being said i’m not a pvp player, more specifically the crucible. I’m usually running strikes or pursuing quests, me and the boys run gambit when we get tired of strikes and open world explorations. Believe me when i say i’m d*mn good in the crucible, top of the leaderboards often. A few days ago me and my fire team tried a match and for the first time in our destiny history my Warlock partner raged and ended up turning off his mic. We’re still enjoying the game, gambit, strikes, etc. But we haven’t touched crucible in a minute since. I get you guys are upset crucibles not in a good state, but d*mn there’s other things to do and more productive ways to give criticism. None of the people i play with even go to the forums because of all the negativity, they’d rather have youtube channels update them on the game state rather than even daring to tough forums with a 10 ft stick. Wouldn’t be surprised if that’s what Bungie does too, wouldn’t blame. Que the angry responses.

New pore locked behind walking in specific directions in a boring place with nothing in it? I'd rather sit at the wishing wall for 2 hours shooting symbols than this but sure. Oh and it may also have an exotic quest locked behind it? Neat. So I have to spend 2 hours walking in God damned circles for lore that could have been added as collectibles or just dumped on us after one more mission or something just in case there's a quest locked behind it later. Thanks bungo, you really know how to suck the life and joy out of everything.

Dmg04 or whoever is behind that tag this week can you actually believe you as a whole company are going in a direction you can consider a win ? Just these TWABS themselves prove what your company is completely ignoring, the players.. Where did they all go ? You can write anything you want in the twabs and no one even cares enough to reply anymore.. They know that countless times you have ignored what's been said . You don't care the players don't care either . I hope you have another job in the works because no way does this stale studio make a destiny 3 and be successful. Can't be but a mere handful of bungie backers that can pretend the game is fun and rewarding, let alone more of their cash

4 通の返信Game is in a horrible state. Enemies bouncing all over the place, respawning when killed, blinking when they aren't suppose too. Beetle errors left and right, getting kick in the middle of completing content. Lag is atrocious atm. Mods not working as intended, exotics not working as intended, WTF!

It's so funny...whenever a bug benefits players, you guys don't hesitate to create a "hot fix". But other bugs that have been around are ignored. Like the black loading screen before crucible matches. The flashing vendor icons, etc. If you look up the word "typical", you guys would be there cheesing in a photo right beside it. Like a Cheshire cat.
