What do you think?
Looking at the direction the west is heading for, I'm gonna predict that we'll see at least 90% male, female and diverse Santas being displayed with faces of non-white people in the western world still in this century.
But hey I'm not judging. As you know I myself am of black AND white skin.

And I predict every time we see a non-white Santa over the next century there will be an army of insecure white men to get triggered by it. Major spoilers:
Santa’s not real. He can be whatever race you like.
I was talking to a friend the other day about one of those "black Santas" he ran in to. His son didn't care because he knew that it wasn't the "real" Santa but some guy dressed up. However I know they would have an issue if people tried to blackwash (or what ever else) the "real" Santa.

7 通の返信I think you're missing the point. Unless you actually believe that an actual fat guy climbs down your chimney once a year to give you free toys. The point is that his depiction is nothing but a way to try to give something a form that is---in reality----formless. As we say in Buddhism, "No Buddha apart from this very heart and this very mind.' Santa is the spirit of Love and Generosity that exists in the human heart.
