I still wear year 2 cloaks, with shotgun and sniper scavenger perks respectively, and neither seem to be triggering in crucible. is anyone else seeing this bug happening? how do i fix this? edit: this has also happened to a set of year one gauntlets, but only after i put on that bugged cloak along side my year 2 gauntlets
