There's no algorithym at all in the competitive. I play using solo queue, and i'm at 4200, and already got people in my team from 500 to 4700. There's 0 balance using Glory level. So, i already got the recluse, revoker and howl. Lets make the other team, who are all 1000 and bellow match against you. It will be a fair match... OR Hum, looks like you are at 4200... The other team will be all 2500.... but for be a fair match we'll be putting two with 500 or lower on your team. Yeah, fair match... Why can't you guys AT LEAST use the glory rank to something? Right now instead of fair matches we are just waiting for good luck.
