No. I want classes to play fundamentally different. As playing classes would imply. Forcing the differences into mildly game altering armors/weapons that are largely the same across all 3 classes makes for less re-playability. Not more. Each class doesn't play uniquely enough. It's all visual diarrhea with the occasional class locked ability. The vast majority are interchangeable with some other setup in another class. Leaves the character bland. Swapping between what happens to be mildly more optimal is a lot less fun than playing a Titan and actually feeling like a Titan by comparison to other classes. Titans should eat bullets for breakfast and shit shotgun slugs. Hunters can't sneak, finesse, or run faster than anyone else. Warlocks space magic is remarkably limited, and again, shares many properties with every other class/subclass. Nothing overtly unique or game changing that the other 2 don't also bring to the table. Case and point, nothing one class can do the others can't. Everything is doable. Why? This isn't good game design, it's bland.
