Noticed it on my Console, have not tested it on PC though but it is kinda shitty, scrolling through mods, game starts slowing down. EDIT: - Glad to see I am not the only one foaming at the mouth when I try to apply a mod. I have tested this on my Gaming Laptop - Exactly the same. (running 32gb Ram and 8GB graphic Card - 2070RTX).
