It always bothered me that Warlock has so many melee based Exotics yet no melee based subclasses. Sometimes I just want to hit things you know?! Sometimes I just want to slap that like button like my... Er, I mean, I just want to high five all the enemies. And let's face it, Attunement of Sky is pretty much dead. So without further ado, I present Attunement of Force.
I tried my best to make this as balanced as possible, always open to making it better, so please feel free to give advice/constructive criticism. And sorry for formatting I'm on mobile.
Super (perk 1): Daybreak
Summon a Blade of Solar energy, press RB to hurl yourself forward in a devastating swing that disintegrates enemies. While airborne, press RT to stoop towards the ground at blazing speed (would work like Ballistic Slam).
Perk 2: Swift Strike
Strike an enemy at extended range with this melee to max out recovery and boost movement speed for a short. Killing an enemy with this melee activates Raging Inferno.
Perk 3: Sun Born
Press B,B while midair to dash. While under the effect of Raging Inferno melee damage is significantly increased on melee kills. Stacks two times.
Perk 4: Raging Inferno
Melee has extended range, kills with melee instantly cool down Icarus Dash. Dashing next to an enemy generates melee energy (about ⅓ energy). Raging Inferno lasts 15 seconds.

Attunement of Sky is far from dead. It's pretty good if you actually try it. don't just go with what forums etc tell you. And if you compare the amount of super kills that it can get vs bottom tree then you'll be disappointed. It's about air combat getting your abilities back fast by doing so. If you know how to use your dodges well it's very deadly in crucible combined with that. You can easily kill half a team or get a team wipe in 3v3 with the super. So awful right.

WulfPak666により編集済み: 11/18/2019 10:52:56 PMReplace Well of Radiance with Sunsinger Radiance. Perk 1: Scorched Wind Strike your enemy with a burning melee that knocks them back on hit. Killing an enemy with this melee grants an oversheild. Perk 2: Viking Funeral All of your grenades and Melee abilities set enemies on fire weakening them for a brief time. Killing an enemy with Viking Funeral grants ability energy. Perk 3: Song of Flame While under the effect of Radiance, allies close to you are given recovery buffs and ability cooldowns. Super: Radiance Bask yourself in solar energy that greatly reduces all ability cooldowns for a short time. While under the affect of Radiance, mobility is greatly increased and killing enemies with your abilities increases weapon reload and handeling speed.

I actually really like Attunement of Sky.. so no to replacing it but this is a good concept

I've been thinking on and off what it would be like if Dawnblade was melee based since day 1. I like this idea. The perk synergy flows real nice and gives incentive to run with high strength. Since the start of Destiny, Warlocks just needed high Discipline and Intellect. A melee class for them would be a welcoming change.

Sounds pretty interesting. Would definitely make me consider using exotics such as claws of ahamkara, winter's guile, and karnstein armlets. Although, I probably would stick with sunbracers cuz it's always nice to set everything on fire lol

This isn't too bad actually. Would the melee be the only way to activate Raging Inferno?
