I was on the finally battle against in the Shattered Throne and got the ascendant shard to drop but when I consumed it the item vanished with my quest steps. The entire box just was removed from my inventory, I tried to log in and out but the quest was deleted. Even when going back to the EDZ and the finding the box where you get the mysterious box, I cant get the progress back. I assumed it was safe to finish the quest because of the hot fix but I hope there is an easy remedied.I hope that im the only one affected by this and everyone else finally got there izanagi's after the all pain.
