It's not optimal for PvE since you can't put seasonal mods on it. It's not optimal for PvP since there are better SMGs with looser conditions to get dmg buffs, such as the infamous Recluse or Riskrunner.

It fully spuns up for like the last 6 bullets. For PvP you won't get anywhere with that. Auto reload also tends to not proc because there's a short delay after killing enemy. And if you were holding the fire button and ran out of bullets within that delay then tough luck. You go into the reload animation.

They have the same TTK, but I guess it’s easier to hit Headshots with Huckleberry. Dealbreaker being recluse needs 1 kill from any weapon to Get max damage, where huckleberry needs 3, and you don’t need to hit criticals with perk to do max damage. I like huckleberry , but I think recluse is still king
