Arc staff hit detection issues
This is happening a lot. You can see i get him to almost no health, and then neither a follow up direct hit nor the aftershock kills him.
There have been examples where I've attacked normal guardians and a direct hit won't kill them.

He also cast his own arc super at the same time. Not sure but i think that might have give him some health regen and damage reduction which allowed him to get away. Or could be that his super messed up the hit registeration.
