This is not the issue. I only have two characters and never received the mold on either of them. I deleted all characters when I came back to the game after Shadowkeep launched. I don't believe I ever got the mold previously anyways, as I never attempted to get Izanagi's Burden. I stopped playing when Niobe Labs launched.
