Eververse Ornament/Loot Box Issues

So... Certain loot boxes from Eververse are not matching up/reflecting the collections menu of people's accounts. Including mine. Example... The Optimacy Ornaments bundle, when previewed from Eververse store, shows that all items have been unlocked on the account. Icons show with the blue "check mark" on each ornament. But when viewed in the collections tab, some of those ornaments are greyed out, stating that those ornaments have not been collected. This could possibly be because the Optimacy Ornaments were technically in the game twice. Once in season 1, and reintroduced again during Season of Opulence. Maybe the acquisition of those ornaments during one of those seasons might be conflicting with the collections on the players account during this season we are currently in. Oh... And one last question... If people did not acquire the previous Festival of the Lost masks from 2018, are we able to collect them again this year for 2019 to fill up our collections? Or are these older masks no longer available?
