I want the 950 power level too but now need to buy all the masks with chocolate but trying to get chocolate is annoying. You can get chocolate doing patrol on all locations but you get one chocolate but at least you can do other things beside the haunted forest. The haunted forest for some reason is alittle different the timer just keep going. I wish Bungie just did it in missions and bounties that are Fireteam friendly contributed instead fighting with other guardians just to complete one objective on a bounty
