If you are only able to do 2 strike bounties in an hour, you are doing something WRONG. If you are doing something besides strike bounties, you’re making it harder on yourself.
Strikes take 9-13 minutes. That’s four strikes per hour. Most bounties take one strike maybe two and you can stock up on them before going.
You can knock out ten bounties in an hour easy.
Stop with the whining. If you want dust, grind it out. It’s chimp simple.

Per season 8 you could easily earn 2k 4k dust in a week plying anything I wanted since it was experience based. Now there are 2 vanguard, 2 crucible and 2 gambit weekly bounties for 200 dust each (total 1200 dust per week). These take hours of play in all three game modes. In addition there are repeatable daily bounties for each of these game modes worth 10 dust each that max out at 5 per day (max 50 x 3 games = 150 dust per day). This totals 1200 dust in weeklies plus 1050 dust for dailies or 2250 max dust per week if you did nothing but farm for dust playing all three game modes. The cost of items in eververse has gone up, now costing 1200 to 4000 dust to buy a speeder or ghost. Doing nothing but dust farming will no longer allow you purchase more than one item in a week. There needs to be more ways to farm dust. Even if just removing the 5 daily limit for the 10 dust bounties. Or give people dust for every level they gain playing an way they want

Hey if people want to treat this game like Pokémon and collect every little thing there is, not my problem. This game isn’t designed to enable that. Never has been. Rabid collecting is [i]always[/i] problematic. There is no way to design a proper game economy that enables you to buy [i]everything you want[/i] in a freaking [i]month[/i]. Likewise with the change of their sales plan makes it patently obvious they won’t make getting dust easy to drum up silver sales. Soooo stop wasting your dust on every little bauble and save it up for the really good stuff. Otherwise, you’re screwing yourself. In other words....that’s a you problem.

By demonstrating how much you can earn DAILY, I’m also illustrating how much can be earned WEEKLY. By the numbers he could of more then doubled his starting amount of dust. Three weeks of grinding could of easily netted him more then 15k. Instead he has been doing...whatever and burning through his dust without making any effort to build it up. So the dust economy is fine he just isn’t utilizing it properly. I didn’t realize I needed to hold your hand and walk you through a simple issue.... .

Ehhh, in 1 there was some value. As some were tied to activities. So having them meant something, a badge of accomplishment so to speak. In 2 it’s just aesthetics. Which to a degree I get, Titans wear trash cans on their shoulders. I’m wearing three ornaments of EV gear right now. EV gear is alright but there is plenty of good looking gear in the game you can grind for if you want looks. I’m tempted to grind Titan for a good Lost Pacific gauntlet despite having a really freaking good stat wise tangled web gauntlet right now.
