So correct me if I'm wrong, but once again Bungie is not offering an engram for the festival of cost?
Let me get this straight, Bungie supposedly drops Activision, Bragging by throwing a little party and acts like they will be just fine money and all right? but in the last 6 months, they have been acting like they are broke using Tess. What gives?
I don't mind any gaming company using things like Eververse to make a profit, I'm all for it if they actually update their game Bungie, caught! Bungie has been more selfish then they have ever been in this game's history in these last 6 months. Let's look at the truth of what Bungie actually did...
Removed the matrix
Jacked up the cost to purchase certain items but not being able to purchase all items with bright dust
Removes a few options to collect bright dust
Shuts down Eververse to where you can't use bright dust
Removes the option to be able to acquire event engrams
Over prices items that you can purchase with silver
And I'm sure there are other things like this that I found interesting
https://www.reddit.com/r/DestinyTheGame/comments/dj1dl5/eververse_is_broken/
Yeah, this company has become selfish when they use excuses like this not to update the game
https://stevivor.com/features/interviews/destiny-2-vendor-refresh-unlikely-as-bungie-looks-forward/
See, some might try to use the weak at best argument, "Destiny is free to play now", but they don't look at the fact of how much money people have literally poured into this game the last 5 years and Bungie can't show a little gratitude with Eververse? I don't care who likes to defend Bungie. This is pure BS for the lack of effort put into this expansion that a small team vs 3 studies that created ROI did better work. On top of it, Eververse was nowhere near an issue as it is now.
Edit: This is what Eververse was created for, but it's doesn't seem to be working as intended.

XxKhaosVoidxXにより編集済み: 10/24/2019 5:08:01 PMOdin so much of what you said is out of context and only half right, I'm typing the reply to hopefully clear some thing up for you. Kay...Kay! Removed the matrix....what matrix? Honestly I'm very curious to what you are talking about. Jack up costs...no sh*t they did the old system in earning bright dust was in chunks, this honestly felt bad. If you did the bounties you got the reward true and you got dust, but ONLY from that and that ONLY. Now you get bright dust from doing EVERYTHING! I'm sorry you can only farm 250 and impulsively buy the most expensive stuff...sounds like you need to manage your priories better. I had 9k before the update and now have 14k and have purchased 3 exotics and 2 legendary. Weird how I still gain more than lost...huh...funny how proper management works. Removed options to collect bright dust....YOU GET IT DOING EVERY SINGLE ACTIVITY????? Can't use bright dust....is that bottom tab a joke to you? They rotate out items you purchase with silver and for bright dust...so you do not have to use silver...hmm. Pretty awesome I think. And since I get bright dust like its out of style this makes it very easy to get what I want whenever its in rotation. Event engrams...eh...who cares. I still get plenty of loot and blues are no longer throw away items since they have a chance to round out that lowest level gear ya wear when leveling up. (Still junk by 900 mostly) Over priced items...eh, yeah they are...but with how easy it is to build up bright dust and the fact it is in rotation wait...amazing what saving can do! Free to play is a GREAT reason to defend the game because new players can earn all of this and do EVERYTHING I've corrected you on with little to no effort, still enjoy other games, and jump back into destiny on resets to see if there is anything they want or to just play the game. I mean gawd forbid they allow players to earn purchasable items. The game is honestly in the best state it has ever been in with the new way they've launched change platforms, introduced cross save, added an expansion ontop of all this and the expansion also has a second event with the vex!? Whaaaaat? But man that wasn't enough for you huh? Finishers, armor 2.0, and its free to play...still not enough? Well when you have enough money to make your own game and fund it, pay the people that help create it and release it I'll see if its better ....I'm not gonna hold my breath.

Lol you don’t even know what the matrix is that’s how sad this has become. Also I’m surprised your actually gaining dust at all I’ve only gone down and I’ve only bought like 2 exotic items and 2 legendary emotes and 2 armor pieces. I had 12k dust before the season started and am down to 2k

I was going to wait until I got home to use my comp to give a legit reply, but as I started reading what you said and how you're presenting your self, lets say rude in lighter tearm? You're not worth the time other then what I'm saying now. Oh, just one thing. Do yourself a favour and do your research because if you don't know anything about the matrix? Then that tells me you weren't playing the game. Toodaloo...
And how is shutting down Eververse suppose to improve the game and give Bungie the extra resources to produce a vendor refresh? Or "update" the game.
I'm annoyed with questions like this. It's nothing personal, but where the heck did you get that I said shut Eververse down? Some of you always come up with the extreme opposite of what was actually being said and it makes no sense at all to even ask what you did.
-
Then what do you want? Everytime Bungie does what the community asks with Eververse you guys move the goalposts back. How long have people been requesting direct purchase of items with silver? Now that we get them its "omg wtf Bungie THATS TOO EXPENSIVE". Now it seems as though Bungie is flat out ignoring Eververse feedback because no matter what they do, a portion of the community gets outraged over it. And I don't really understand why you think the game hasn't been updated. We just had a full year with 3 seasons. And are about to go into another full year of seasons. Plenty has been updated, just not what YOU want updated. Ive been playing this game for quite a while now and have never and I mean NEVER felt pressure to purchase anything from Tess. Have I bought silver? Of course I have, but only because I feel the need to help support the game I love playing. These types of games require a tremendous amount of work to keep us engaged and without Ev profits there would undoubtedly be a subscription fee.

It's all good, I was tired from the heat at work and usually, it's people that are just being a smart... about it. To answer your question. No one wants Evervrse gone, we just want Bungie to stop mainly using Tess as a reward system when they can offer the same thing letting players earn them in activities and bright in grams. They use to do it in D1 so there is no reason thy can't offer the same option.

People don’t seem to understand that, we are not calling for the complete removal of the money store. We are saying that for full price game like destiny, a money store is all right as long as the game offers a myriad of other cosmetics attached only to gameplay. People forget that the first destiny game offered all of the items through gameplay that we see now in the store.
-
And the first Destiny only offers a fraction of the content we get now.
You keep using content when this is about loot. Offering more activities means nothing at all when there isn't new loot or barely any loot to acquire.

From the article: “Basically, is it more important that the vendors get refreshes, or is it more important that you have a seasonal activity that’s tied into your narrative for the season. Keeping you invested in what you’re doing and excited about the storyline that’s happening in front of you.” I still can't believe they call anything that they do with this game a "narrative". I think Dillbottom meant to say - is it more important for us to refresh vendors, make factions relevant, or provide a seasonal event that rakes in some cash from the unfortunates who will throw money at the screen. Where is startec labs with that amazing interpreting machine they had that translated bungie's bullshit. Because my goodness I don't know how they sleep at night with the flow coming out from that studio. I mean they make statements like this to the public, they are worse than politicians imo. Lol

I been around, off an on since the D1 loot cave. Had many hours in D1 liked the way the game progressed. Then D2..... Omg, forsaken was the only saving grace and then.... Shadowkeep what an unfortunate development.
