What's ridiculous is we paid money for expansions that people now get for free. We should have at least gotten a few free season passes to make up for it.

The thing is that I didn't pay to play first. I paid to play in general. If I had known they would be free I would have waited, and I imagine many share that sentiment. Don't get me started on how any grinding anyone did prior to shadowkeep is pointless now because of the immediate 750 start. I have some issues with the current state of things, but there are also some things I like. I love that it is more accessible to people now, and that our community is growing each and every day. However, something should have been given to the original players that paid for the now free DLC's (even if it's just emblems from year 1 and year 2 that you can't ever get again). I count myself lucky that I at least have the trials gear and weapons that new players won't have access to, but that's it.
