Lost Characters

So, I'm not sure if I did the whole cross save thing wrong. I wanted to port my Xbox characters over onto my PC account. Everything was fine, both accounts were authenticated, but when I hopped onto my Xbox my characters weren't there and it was trying to make me make a new one. I logged onto my PC account to see if it was the same and it was! I tried to deactivate it but it wouldn't let me and won't for the next 84 days(I saw about that but misunderstood what it meant while setting up the cross save). I'm not sure what to do right now besides wait out the 84 days. Am I able to get some sort of ticket to bypass it?

  • You selected Steam to be your cross save account. This means your Steam characters, gear and progress is what you'll see on all your linked accounts. If your intention was to use your Xbox characters then you set up cross save backwards. Please fill out the Bungie [url=https://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Troubleshoot?oid=48099]Cross Save Contact Form[/url] and provide as much information as possible so Bungie can look into your issue. All tickets will be addressed at the discretion of Destiny Player Support during regular business hours.
