for some reason after I collected some of the chronicon lore entries filling out my chalice it never appeared under my triumphs tab. its got several uncollected entries I cannot collect because they are filed under ?????????. its driving me bannanas because the lore tab has perpetual uncollected entries i cant get rid of. is there some activity I must do in order to make it appear and be collectible now? is this a bug?
