Oryx will most likely be revived

https://imgur.com/gallery/WwDm74Q Not sure how many times I’ve made this argument on the forums years ago. And now several pieces of lore are pointing to it. Cough cough sword world is essentially on the same plane as a throne world. “These were true deaths, for they happened in the sword world.” Oryx after he killed his sisters yet later revived them by describing their true nature through his actions. Reread these two cards before you comment anything please. Some people have been fighting me on shit they clearly don’t remember correctly. Props to those of you who do read these and then debate. https://www.ishtar-collective.net/cards/xxvi-star-by-star-by-star https://www.ishtar-collective.net/cards/xxix-carved-in-ruin Cough cough Touch of Malice. Another clear clue as to how he could be brought back and we are likely the ones assisting in describing his true nature by accident when we used it. (Maybe the hive recovered it after the fall of the Tower in Vanilla D2) Toland during an Ascendant Challenge “War above and Trickery below, in a place built for Navigation. The unholy trinity." "The oracle engine is a bridge - and I mean that in two ways. Like the bridge of a ship, its power can be used to command the whole of the Dreaming City...and like a bridge across a chasm, it links worlds together." Techeun dialogue The Dreaming City is a place built for Navigation. Oryx is called The First Navigator. Toland implies the Dreaming City is a place built for navigation and the techeuns further enforce this. Why mention that? Could the Dreaming City somehow be used to revive him? Edit: “but it wasn’t their throne world”. I’ve heard that a million times before making this post and I don’t know how you haven’t heard my explanation and argument against this. Oryx still calls it a true death, and he says it’s a true death because it’s in the sword world. This implies all throne worlds are on a plane of existence called “the sword world” basically on the ascendant plane most likely and that true deaths can occur here regardless of which throne world. How do I know it’s different? Because every other time they died was not a true death and yes they respawned in their own throne world but this time they didn’t. Xivu and Svaathun died a TRUE DEATH! There are not two types of True Death. Listen to Oryx himself say it. This time Oryx called it a true death. But the precedent was set that these hive gods can be revived from true death by describing their true nature. Until a single one of you comes up with a reason as to why they bother naming those two deaths as true deaths or bother bringing up the sword world I respectfully disagree based on my perception of author intent here. I could be wrong but it’s my opinion and especially since the authors of the lore books are now shoving in our face that some hive are thinking it’s possible I have to agree with those hive and say I think it might be possible. Why kill the main protagonist of the Books of Sorrow first? Unless you intend to bring him back.

So your only source is the byf video? And the touch of malice? I see no reason to disagree. I mean byf is never wrong. Even tho in the video he even says that it could mean the hive have surpassed him and oryx has set up a test for them. Meaning they can exist without oryx. Theres proof that xivu and savathun didnt die a finale death. For one it was in oryxs throne. Two xivu was sent back into her throne. Three oryxs throne was destroyed completely.
