Simply cannot accept the quest step from Ada-1. I have stolen gear in my quest steps but I can't continue the quest with Ada-1. Won't let me 'accept' after shes completed her dialogue. Not a New light player but I believe I had the step in my inventory before shadowkeep. Appreciate all you guys hard work, keep it up bungo!
