Both Resilience and Mobility don't seem to be good choices to opt into for the most part, Resilience being the worse of the two and more situational. I would look forward to these both carrying more weight in PVE and PvP, not just PvP. [b]Resilience[/b] cap should at least reach 204-206 and or reduce incoming flinch. [b]Mobility[/b] should also affect your sprint speed and or class ability cast time, even if it's by a small percentage. Anything a bit more practical would be very helpful.
